120 months, 3653 days, 87,672 hours. Before you question my maths we have had 3 leap years. It does not seem a long time when it’s on paper but never the less a milestone we are very proud of. From our naivety in the early days panicking about our first VAT bill, to a fire in our newly opened industrial kitchen in 2008, it’s been an exciting journey.
We like to think we have moved with the times during our trading years and sticking to the philosophy of contemporary cuisine. As the food industry has evolved so have we in order to always present current ideas and up to date menus. It’s not just in the kitchen we have been moving with the times we have also launched our updated website to coincide with our birthday year. What’s in store for the next 10 years? We have exciting new venues for you to choose from as well as revised menus and pricing structures. We also hope to secure more contracts to service canteens within Formula One drawing on our experience with Mercedes.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has supported us throughout our decade as without our customers and suppliers we would not have made it past day one.
