2015 Wedding Awards

Call us crazy but we have decided to try and defend our crown as best wedding caterers. After our shock win earlier in January we have enjoyed the taste of success so much that we will be competing in the Wedding industry awards once again this year.

I am led to believe that only 1 individual has won it 2 years in a row and that was a photographer, (told you we were crazy!) so we have our work cut out once again. Amy & Linda will soon be contacting our qualifying couples to ask for support with our 2015 campaign.

Chef is busy dreaming up a showcase menu to present to Damien Bailey (head judge) should it be required and has a few little surprises up his sleeve again. His showstopper last time was the palate cleanser of mango sorbet served in the centre of a frozen sculpture on a bed of smoking dry ice, very Heston, and funnily enough our main man is follicly challenged as well.

This year in addition there will be an awards ceremony for the regional winners as well as the gala dinner for all who should make it through to the national final. So not to be negative but at least we will get to wear our glad rags whatever the outcome.
