What we did:
- Pre-kick-off planning and set-up of the pitch
- Conversion of the empty marquee into a match ready dining room
- VIP Canape reception in the state dining room
- Preparation and service of a delicious 3 course meal and coffee
- Operated 2 passes with a strong line-up of over 40 kitchen and front of house players and Managers
- Radio co-ordination with the production team to ensure we remained on the ball with no offside
What the client requested:
A caterer who could tackle the job of creating and serving a Scrummy three course meal for up to 1000 guests during an awards presentation in the grounds of the beautiful Althorp House.
