South African born Natasha Steiner, Director of Lemon Zest, trained at the renowned Christina Martin School of Food and Drink in Durban.
Armed with a notebook full of flavours gathered from all four corners of the globe and uncompromising attention to detail Natasha started Lemon Zest in 2002.

The Team at Lemon Zest have a vast experience in many areas of cheffing, event management and finance . Backed by their enthusiasm and professionalism, our staff maintain a personal touch and will ensure you always receive personal service.
